How do you get the coffee?
Right now our coffee comes from a local distributor here in Boston who specializes in Direct Trade coffee. All of our beans are sourced from his many trips to coffee farms all around the world. As we expand we’ll look at other distributors and roasters who share our mission and passion for coffee.
How much is the subscription service?
The beginner plan starts at $14.99/ a month and includes an 8 oz sample of fresh roasted whole bean coffee.
How much does it cost to have a pop-up shop at my office?
Seeing as how every office varies in size it’s hard to estimate a flat cost per event, however we charge based on the amount of people. Each event starts at about $20 per person for a 1 hour event and includes a free coffee tasting and coffee workshop.
How will members be billed for the subscription coffee?
Members can sign up directly from our website and can subscribe to a 3, 6, or 12 month plan. once you sign up you will be billed each month on the credit card you signed up with.
What if members don’t like the coffee?
No worries! If you don’t like the coffee you have a couple of options. The first option is to simply return the coffee back to us for a full refund. The second option, which we prefer is to share it with a friend! The coffee taste may not be your preference but who knows, maybe your neighbor would love it.
How do members cancel their subscription?
By simply emailing us directly or by logging into you account the website members will be abel to cancel their subscription at any time.
How fresh is the coffee?
Each order is roasted and packaged for shipment within hours of each order.
